Identify
Initial project included analysis of project managers performance on ongoing and past projects. Assess the overall project management process from end to end from inception through closeout. Development of a gated process, complexity model, and review project management playbook. Additionally, Project Manage the relocation of the fuel channels back (west) to their original position. By doing so, the project aimed to optimize reactor performance and ensure safe operation.
